Important Notice

WinMyCase operates as a documentation, filing, and escalation support platform. Purchasing any service signifies acceptance of this Refund Policy and acknowledgement that outcome control ultimately rests with the relevant public authority or regulator.

1. General Rule

WinMyCase provides drafting, filing, tracking, and escalation services. Since most engagements rely on human expertise and partially delivered work products, refunds remain limited and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be approved when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

WinMyCase fails to provide the committed drafting or filing service.
The delay or failure is solely attributable to WinMyCase.
No significant work (drafting, authority mapping, or filing prep) has begun on your case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued when any of these scenarios apply:

User provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
The authority rejects the filing due to legal exemptions or statutory limits.
Delays occur at the government/authority end.
User does not respond to clarification or documentation requests.
Drafting has already been completed.
Filing is already completed.
Issues beyond WinMyCase’s control (portal downtime, public holidays, postal delays, force majeure).

4. Cancellation

Once drafting or filing work begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Work-in-progress fees compensate for expert research, drafting time, and authority coordination already invested in the case.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking partners or payment gateways.
