WinMyCase operates as a documentation, filing, and escalation support platform. Purchasing any service signifies acceptance of this Refund Policy and acknowledgement that outcome control ultimately rests with the relevant public authority or regulator.
WinMyCase provides drafting, filing, tracking, and escalation services. Since most engagements rely on human expertise and partially delivered work products, refunds remain limited and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Once drafting or filing work begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Work-in-progress fees compensate for expert research, drafting time, and authority coordination already invested in the case.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking partners or payment gateways.
